Hi, I’m Nathasha and I’m
truly glad you’re here

My Journey

I grew up between cultures, identities, and worlds.
I am South Asian, from India, yet I spent most of my life in the Middle East before moving to Greece. For many years, I felt suspended between places, belonging everywhere and nowhere at once. In the Middle East, I was seen as a foreigner despite feeling deeply rooted there; and within Indian culture, I often felt a quiet distance because I had never lived in India.

Home became something abstract, something internal - a feeling I could sense within but never quite define. This experience of in‑between places feels familiar to many of us, and if it does to you, I see you.

Growing up, I was always captivated by people,  their emotions, their stories, their inner worlds. Even when I was drawn to the theatre in high school, what moved me most was never the performance itself, but the humanity within the characters. I was fascinated by their struggles, their resilience, and the deep empathy that arose in me as I watched them. That compassion for the human experience eventually led me toward my true path: psychology.

When I moved to Greece more than a decade ago, I was once again asked to rebuild myself -  to learn a new culture, a new language, and a new way of being. Through time, reflection, and gentle inner work, I discovered that home is not a single place. It is a mosaic of all the cultures, stories, values, and experiences we carry within us.

My identity is not singular, and neither is yours. Every human being is layered, complex, and multidimensional. This beautiful complexity is what drew me here, to the world of mental health, and to holding space for others who are learning what home feels like within themselves.

BOOK A SESSION

“You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean, in a drop.”

An Integrative, Trauma-Informed Approach

During my training, I spent years working directly with individuals and groups navigating trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, grief, stress, psychosomatic symptoms, cultural and identity-related challenges, life transitions, and long-standing behavioral patterns that felt difficult to shift. These experiences taught me not only clinical skills, but also the profound courage it takes to sit across from someone and speak honestly about your inner world.

Although formally trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Attachment-Based Therapy, my work is integrative, weaving together somatic, trauma-informed, mindfulness, and parts-based approaches to meet each person where they are. My own experiences with injustice, anxiety, depression and adverse childhood experiences strengthened my connection to trauma therapy and inspired me to deepen my expertise through certifications including CCTP, TIST, Schema Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Additional trainings on self-esteem, procrastination, OCD, ADHD, burnout, alternative trauma therapies, meditation, and mindfulness reinforced how healing must be holistic, rooted in both mind and body.

Us

For me, the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of the work, a space grounded in empathy, transparency, ethics, respect, and warmth, where you don’t have to perform or hide. Like the slow unfolding of nature, we move at your tempo, with goals that feel meaningful and supportive. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and it is my honor to walk alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, emotional grounding, and inner connection.

And, since you’re here, I warmly welcome you to this important journey.
